The pizza was hot and ready the service was fast and ready the atmosphere was so dirty the place was so small this homeless man was walking around asking if he could have a slice of my pizza .

When I came in, I spoke to the employee, she just stared at me and I spoke to her again and she said, "How can I help you"?She took my order and made me wait and extra 10 minutes. Pizza ? right in her face, mind you, there wasn't any other customers in side.Not going back to this location on Washington and San Pedro AGAIN!

Placed an order online for delivery. Number one they forhotbto give me my extra sauce. Second my pizza was cold i messaged my delivery driver no response if he accidentally took my sauce no response so i send a message to the store “manager” calls me tell me she can not do anything about it no refund because her employees said they did the order right .. all she could offer was to replace the cheese pizza but for pick up at the store. (Im disabled) icant drive thats why I ordered for DELIVERY she said thats the only thing she can do no refund whats so ever. DISAPPOINTED so basically if the employee forgot to put the extra sauce or pizza has been sitting there for awhile shes believe them but the customer gets nothing in return what happened to the customer is all way right.

I been coming to this location for the last 5 years, and the customer service used to be very very bad, but is been about 3 months that my family came back to try again and the Customer Service change to better thanks to Nolvia, Ashley and the rest of the crew that take ownership on their job!!!!!?. Rushed to get to Little Caesars before they closed at 10pm, my girlfriend excited that we made it there at 9:54pm. But, it was already closed. If you say you are open until 10pm, I expect the doors to be open until 10pm, not 9:54 pm. I understand closing early is a way to cut payroll, especially when sales are slow, but they premade there pizzas, why couldn't they leave one register open and have a few pizzas ready, just in case. Looks like the young woman manager had a hot date.

I ordered a pizza stuff pretzel ? online to pick up asap, and it was supposed to be ready by 3:25 . It did not have it ready by that time. Allegedly, it stayed in the oven for 20 + minutes... when they put it in the pick-up container, the pizza box was very steamed. Also, the pizza looked the the regular pizza and when I ask the person making the he said he forgot to add the tomato sauce, so he went and something around the crust added raw salt which made it extra saggy and inedible. ? bad experience definitely never again will order the pretzel crust ?.
