I have live here over 10 years in this area . First time I decide to stop by at cesar little pizza .Walking in nd no AC , I disregard it things happened .I get home my pizza is COLD , to be frank I had one slice of pizza and one piece of their cheese tick pizza deal . Never in my life the commercial on tv are not describing this experience . Cold untasty pizza ?

They messed up in my order I have my receipt I ordered 2 stuffed crust pretzel pizza and a classic the 2 pizza not stuffed and the classic is stuffed the reason I’m mad because it cost more being stuffed I called and they hung up.

Terrible customer service I called on 06/15/23 around 8pm and a man by the name of Alberto answered and took my order and told me my total would be $22.41 and that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up the girl at the counter said she couldn’t find my order then some other lady took over and I gave her the number of the store that I called just to make sure I called the right one and I did. Once I told her it was a guy that took my order she said it was Alberto and she asked him about it just to tell me that he didn’t put my order in and if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes. What bothered me was that the woman didn’t seem apologetic at all when I told her they shouldn’t take mobile orders if they weren’t going to make them, all she did was roll her eyes and say well I didn’t take your order. Very rude I won’t be going back.
