This location should not take anything but in-store orders. I use the app because this store has terrible parking. But my pizza is never ready when the app tells me it is or its never in the portal. They seem to always be understaffed and running behind. Going to find another store.

Went to this place to order the new Philly cheese steak pizza I specifically asked for no veggies due to going on release date being able to be accommodated went this time and they said they couldn’t do it and after some push back from the “Manager” it was agreed upon it could be done I get my pizza and it’s smothered in vegetables I didn’t ask for . Management and cashier needs more training regardless if something is “new” it should be able to be adjusted in the Little ceaser’s system . Do Better .

The reason i stopped ordering is because my order is always wrong, but this time my kids were craving it so I gave in. Not acceptable at all that i found a hair in my pizza and when I call the store no one seems to answer so I won't be ordering anymore

I end up going here because I have to. It's inexpensive, and no one wants to wait for delivery. But it's pretty awful every time. The parking lot is dirty and difficult to navigate, the pizza portal is supposed to be convenient but they refuse to use it, you have a 50/50 chance of rude staff and a 50/50 chance of your order being wrong. The other week, a woman asked how to get her fantastic four discount. The cashier didn't know and said she thought it was only in the app. She did ask a manager, who said the same thing. No. For the promotions, you just need to scan the QR code and enter your receipt number. Do better.

Horrible service
I put an order in before the store opened. I got there and they only gave me my pizzas. I told the blonde woman working there that I had ordered a soda too. She said “no you didn’t” rudely without even looking at the receipt. She then checked and then said “Ok get it over there” rudely again. She barely started working I don’t know why or how she’s already angry.
Nice, clean, can get a little crowded. The 3 meat pizza is bomb, make sure you get thin crust, it's the yummiest.
