There is a line to get food through portal. Employees are chatting in the back not even greeting new customers trying to place an order... very slow service and poor customer service

I don't know if they didn't have the dough prepared or they just did it in a hurry but it was horrible, the pizza didn't fluff up and it was round on the sides, not square, total disappointment. When you cook, start thinking if you would eat this, I pay and your work should be with respect because they pay you and I believe that they train you to make pizza, not garbage.

I was trying to order a lunch combo but the ladies told me it was 2:00 and I couldn’t order it anymore which is understandable but I tried ordering it before hand around 12-1 o clock but the website and app would not let me and the ladies refused to help

Fast service. My online order was ready to pick up right when I expected it to be. There are two kiosks so there is never a worry. Employees are friendly. Place is kept very clean. Back entrance and parking make it easy to get to.

Very bad service. After finishing cooking, I had to wait another 15 minutes to order because it was not issued or placed at the counter for online orders. There was only 1 employee at the checkout, and he was somewhere inside most of the time, not helping to get the order.

I just don't understand how people can mess up orders over the phone or through the dam app I just don't get it its always a problem with the same lady, and her attitude to top it off! It's like why go to work if u don't enjoy what you do lol. They need a new management team

Well there a reason for the low rating they have ! Very bad customer service. Pizza does not taste good and they are not good with customer communication. Been here few times, due to it being closer than other little Caesar locations. Location on Main In Alhambra makes the food a lot better

Probably one of the worst little Caesar's I've ever been to. I hate writing bad reviews but it's a bad experience every single time . The staff has no experience in customer service. There's never a manager on duty , because if there was it would be this bad . The staff just sits behind the ovens gossiping and cursing up a storm in front of customers. No of urgency. I must have heard the phone ring for about 10 minutes before Someone dragged their feet to answer . Get a manager in here to fix this place asap.

Did carry out at 9 pm a whole hour before close because I didn't want to be inconsiderate to the workers but that still didn't matter because when I went in 30 mins later to pick up my order I still was met with annoyed looks while they were cleaning. That was cool tho because I had my food but when I was in my car I noticed that my crazy bread didn't have the sauce I paid for so I went back in and they made a whole show of it by calling someone from the back and getting me my sauce. They seemed like I was bothering them because they were closing up (again way earlier than close). When I got back to my car I realized I was missing the other side sauces I paid for but didn't bother going back in because apparently my existence was the worst thing to ever happen to them or that's how it seemed. It's just a few bucks so no big loss but I won't go here for cheap pizza again. I guess you really do get what you pay for.Edit: and of course the crazy bread sauce would be ice cold because who doesn't love that?

Well, truthfully the pizza was really dry (tasted old) and the wings were very soggy and chewy and the whole reason I went to get the pizza was the pineapple Pepsi, they were out and I received regular pepsi instead !!! I told the guy that was the whole reason I ordered, but he shrugged his shoulders and kept repeating that they were out...I don't think I'll go there again so quickly!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would absolutely horrible customer service a few times I've received my pizza with half of it with no cheese on it and way way to greasy I've had the cashier mess up my order many times and right in front of me others as well there needs to be new management and new employees because this place is absolutely trash now at one point it was great but it's absolutely terribleAnd this last purchase I got sick and I will never go back again
