The little foot truck is very cute and homey. It is ran by a couple I think that are very nice. The hotteuk is very fresh and sweet; the perfect combination of hot and sweet.
Honey nut pancake and the bacon and cheese taiyaki are our go-to 🫡. Owner is so sweet and speedy! Various methods to pay ass well cash/card/Venmo/Zelle. My neices and nephew love them :)
We ordered 4 Taiyakis for only $12. Then the owner was so sweet! She offered a 5th one for free. Got our fresh Taiyakis after pager rang quickly! All flavors were great: Red bean, apple, custard cream, mango, and chocolate filling within freshly baked crunchy shells. We almost wanted to order another round if we were not on the way of leaving Little Tokyo Market. Must try again next time!
Kid-friendliness: The fresh fish shaped Taiyaki tastes much better than the frozen one kids usually get in stores.
