I love coming to this little cart for some dessert. I really have enjoyed everything from the honey nut pancakes to my favorite cheese tayaki. I recently got the sweet potato cheese pancakes and yet again delicious! Staff is always very friendly too.

Ordered the custard cream taiyaki. The custard cream is a delicious milky sweet that oozes from the warm fluffy taiyaki. It's made to order so be patient while you wait for the buzzer to alert you when your order has been prepared. Location is a small stall just outside the larger plaza and just outside of the Little Tokyo Market Place. There are some tables nearby to sit down and rest. The parking garage is a paid parking lot, the rest of the plaza has an abundance of other stores with different wares.Parking: Sunday street parking is free. Follow signs.

One of my favorite spots in the city, I come here whenever possible in little tokyo! The quality and size/price of the tayakis blow away somi somi and the owner is very friendly each and every time they take my order. I always go for custard, apple mango, and red bean. They do tend to close sporadically but it appears they are open much more often now and more active on social! Make sure to bring cash or use zelle.

Came within the last 30 minutes and they still had some flavors left. The taiyakis are so delicious and chewy! It took me back to my childhood. Will come back to try the other flavors and the pancakes. Service was great. Parking was easy and free with validation.

Freshly made, hot taiyaki and hotteok, located outside of Tokyo Galleria. You can smell the warm aroma when you're walking towards the stand. They don't take credit cards, only cash or Venmo/Zelle, so come prepared, lol. The lady at the window was super friendly and sweet. We ordered 2 taiyaki and 1 hotteok, and she asked if we would like to add one more for $1 extra (it's 4 for $10). We got the red bean and apple mango Taiyaki, and the honey & nut hotteok. Loved the hotteok- the skin wasn't too thick, and the filling wasn't too sweet. The symphony of cinnamon, brown sugar, nut & seeds wrapped in a fried pancake is a perfect afternoon snack on a cold day. The taiyaki were pretty good too. The crust was crispy, and they didn't skimp on the filling. Personally, I preferred the "dryer" paste fillings (vs. runny and drippy). However they were still yummy.

Their Chocolate Taikyaki are the BEST!!! Its hot and toasty to eat right off the bat, I love getting Taikyaki with my family when we are leaving the mall! The service is also really great too!!! The Lady is kind and cheerful and the employees too!! 10/10 the ambiance is really cozy too!
