Lock & Key is a speakeasy-style club in KTown, LA, known for its cute design and good music selection of hip hop, rap, and R&B. The club can get busy, with long lines, but the bouncer may let groups with mostly girls cut in earlier. The pizza is a surprise hit, being unexpectedly delicious. The service is usually top-notch, but some guests have expressed concerns about the men's restroom layout, which lacks a door separating the toilet from the urinals. The menu features unique desserts like the $12 PB&J, and drinks like the strawberry Mule. Despite some drawbacks, Lock & Key offers a cool, culturally diverse atmosphere and decent music.
The speakeasy place is next to a pizza front. The entrance is really cool with lots of door handles on the wall. Inside, it felt cozy and cool vibes. Very dim lighting. There's an outside patio that's really cool. The drinks and service are amazing. Two bars, one in front and one out in the patio. Young crowd (20s) but well worth it. Music is solid. Respect the dress code! Slower days, you can get away with whatever attire. Shoutout to Dyyo, that young man knows a craft cocktail!
