I'm in awed by this awesome pop up which is very unique. This Central American couple is serving up some authentic marinated grilled chicken, ribs, asada and Al pastor. The chicken doesn't need any salsa at all. It packs so much flavor. The ribs are really tender. And the Al pastor is smoked to perfection.
