This is a great, chill spot to come with a casual date or a group of friends. FANTASTIC cocktails. Don't sleep on the Happy Monday cocktail, it's unique and very yummy. We ended up coming here 3 nights in a row while staying at the W. It was the perfect spot for a chill nightcap with great music playing every night.

Overall awesome little speakeasy. DJ was wonderful. Drinks were delicious. One of the servers was a bit rude and needs to communicate with other staff before he attacks his customers for something, but the other servers were friendly and kind. Overall good experience and nice vibe.

WASTE OF MONEY!! The bartender last night with the Jason mask was SOOOO rude to my friend with tan skin and curly hair. We left immediately after we finished our drinks to another bar. Decor is cool, but not worth it for the way they treat you. We were ordering our drinks & my friend asked for a cranberry vodka & he said they don’t have cranberry juice. I told her I saw pineapple on the menu so maybe they could add that. She asked for pineapple juice & he said all the juices were batched out. He offered no substitute. She simply asked for an IPA then. He poured the IPA & didn’t tell her what it was. The bartender was lucky I was tired!!
I walked into Property Bar because Frolic was closed. And I found a gem in the middle of Hollywood. As a visitor, I hit the jackpot. Property has a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The Welshman (embarrassingly, I can't recall his name) is a real bar man. He welcomed me. We talked about raising kids and life. This place is a local bar with local patrons and local staff. It's exactly what you want from a neighborhood bar. I look forward to visiting again, and encourage locals to stop in and say hi.
