This is the hoodest spot ever to go stand in a haphazard covid line for some chicken and fried rice but yes we will travel like it's 1999 to go get it!! We have had everything on the menu including accidentally eating the wrapper trying to get to the last french fry at the bottom of a Lawd help me greasy bag and I must say this place is blessed and anointed with the gift of keep it coming!!!

This is the best Louisiana chicken PERIOD. You can see the spices on the chicken(or fish). The sides are simple and to the point: Fries, coleslaw, mash potatoes, or fried rice(spicy or regular). You can't eat here because there are no tables and even if there were, I don't think you would want to dine in (IYKYK). The service is trash. The people that take your order are rude and they yell out on a microphone when your order is ready. This is a no frills, to-go spot, with a lot of traffic, no customer service skills, but the food will be cooked right lol. My grandfather ordered 6 wings and I had the 3 piece fish(Swai only) dinner.

I may have eaten here a time or two before. I went in on a Monday. There were still many people inside. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the floor.! Good grief, please give that place a nice power wash. I still stood in line. I happily left that place with my four wings and fries.! I got home and opened the bag, looked as if they gave me the chicken that was at the bottom of the fryer and cooked a few times. I tried the best looking one and boy, it tasted like old grease.!!! Come on Louisiana, you have many customers. How often are you changing that grease.? I will continue to pass this place in the future.

The best fried chicken in all of LA . If you know you know . Best of the best is always in the hood . I've been coming here for over twenty years . Salty , peppery , tasty !! The spice mixture to die for .

I haven't eaten there in a long time , but this review is not about the food. It would be nice if they cleaned their parking lot. Unfortunately they have a lot of activity going on which doesn't help. A good sweep in the morning will help. I passed by this establishment several times a week to and from work and it is never cleaned. If you don't clean the outside, I can't guarantee what the inside look like. Mess on the outside attract things that you don't want in the inside. Catch my drift.

This place is my go-to when I need a quick bite after work. This family-owned restaurant has really good and cheap Chinese food and they aaaaalllways pile on the dishes. I can't even finish an entire dish before getting full. It's totally worth your money. Don't expect anything Michelin-star level, but expect consistently and reliably tasty food.

This was a delivery order. Louisiana Fried Chicken is delicious and comes with a little spiciness. The chicken is prepared with crispy, spicy goodness and an abundance of flavor. I ordered the Riverboat Pack. This is a family meal with fifteen pieces of chicken, two large sides and dinner rolls. The chicken was delicious and warm on arrival. For the sides, I tried the chicken fried and dirty rice. The chicken fried rice was alright and contained a lot of chopped chicken. The Dirty Rice is a Cajun dish. LFC's Dirty Rice is full of the right amount spices and gizzards. The dirty rice was awesome! LFC included plenty of additional sauces, napkins and utensils. The delivery service was great. Everything was delivered warm and ready to be devoured.

Fresh and Hot! also good the next day if you don't eat it all at once. Order taker is pleasant and service is prompt.

stopped in the location on Manchester Ave and Normandie while visiting Los Angeles and it was the best southern styled chicken ever. I will be checking them out again on my next visit

My first and last time there. Gumbo looked like nuke waste,GREEN watery and disgustingly overcooked. they should honestly shut this place down, Two big fat thumbs down.

The website states they open at 10am, at which per the internet their hours were updated 3 months ago. Upon arriving to the restaurant, the doors were open, & the open sign was illuminate, yet the staff informed me they don't open til 10:30a, and actually suggested I "wait" another 20 minutes. Ileft & went to a neighboring business as they honored their hours of operation.

Skip this one. They used oil from the 16th century to fry their food. Oldest oil I've ever tasted. In addition to my arteries clogging and my taste buds making their final exit, the chicken wings were colder than the Boomerang Nebula.I'm about to check out the Health Inspection report...
