Horrible Service, didn't get most of my items on the fixed menu. I had to ask for everything to come out. it took 1 hour to get ANY food. I sat there for 30 minutes just for an hour. Terrible experience on Valentine's day

Service is AWFUL. Waiting at LEAST 20 minutes for EACH order was very disappointing. Their AYCE is also MISLEADING. Their time frame for AYCE is only from 1700-1900. They should NOT be accepting AYCE reservations from 1800 onwards.

Maybe it was a bad night. The waiter did mention they were short staffed, but it took forever to get drinks and food. The food tasted great but overall pricing was high for the amount we ordered and left hungry still. Unfortunately it is a one and done kind of visit. Also the cut-off for ordering the all you can eat sushi seems to be at 6-6:20 p.m. and not 7pm as stated. We tried to order around 6:30 for the last half hour of the all you can eat but we were denied because they were behind on orders and staffing was low that night.

Beautiful atmosphere, great music and entertainment was up to par (Japanese performer) Overpriced for what they offered, limited menu (no salad options or small bites like miso soup, shishito peppers, spicy tuna fried rice rolls), it was freezing inside and not quite memorable with regards to the menu. You get 5 rolls (per sushi order) and the hand rolls were essentially nigiri that you would have to roll yourself on the seaweed.

Great hand rolls and the ambience was beautiful. We were early, so it was very empty, but they played good music and served us good food. The house sake, hot, was really good too.

The food was great but the service was just nonexistent. We were there for almost 3.5hrs and had 2-3 courses of small bites. We waited 30-40 minutes in between courses and had hardly eaten anything by the time midnight came. Had to leave and look for something to eat. Took up way too much of our evening for next to nothing.

The front desk staff working during our visit on 01/02 around 5:53 PM was not helpful or informative and appeared unfriendly and unaccommodating. This interaction caused delays with our reservation and created unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, the lack of understanding and empathy at the start of our visit negatively impacted our overall experience, leading us to cancel our reservation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

It does not make sense to offer „all you can eat“ at 6.30pm and than let you know: last order at 7pm. The first order took 30min. In that way AYCE makes no sense. 38bugs for three nigiri??? Our waiter was so kind to bring us 5 more pieces after 7... The sushi was called „handrolls“. But in fact these are nigiri served on a wooden stick which tastes not good. The overall food though was very good. And the cocktails were awesome!

Our server was very helpful. Most importantly with the Shabu Shabu which was completely new to us. The sushi was excellent and the drinks were top notch.

Tried the hot pot cooking for the first two me ever. Great experience and staff was very helpful helping us thru the process. Also tried the “Christmas Experience” out at the pool bar. Sorry but not worth the added expense.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambience and decor were amazing; super chic with little surprises here and there. The food was delicious! We had the sushi; a mix of rolls and nigiri. The hamachi tostada is a MUST. Portions were a little on the smaller side but that just meant we were able to try more from the menu. Also don't sleep on the seasonal drinks! Overall, loved our experience and will definitely be going back!

Dress warmly. The room was absolutely freezing — and they told us that it's always like that due to the hot plates so it wasn't just a one off. The service was also dreadfully slow for a sushi place— when we arrived there was only one other party there and it still took over an hour for our sashimi, nigiri and hand rolls.

Food was good. They seem to have been short staffed hence the lower rating for service. Took forever to take our order, brought out the wrong dish 3 times, and hardly checked in on us. I had to repeatedly ask for our server. Just doesn't leave a positive experience
