A classic spot that is recommended a lot. After trying for myself I can see why. I had the green chile combination burrito and it was fantastic. Tortillas was freshly made and still has the flour dust on it. Burrito was a good size and what was inside was so delicious. Parking lot is awkward to get in and out but worth the trouble.

I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if you hungry and it’s the only this around, there is nothing special about the place. $5 for one taco dorado. I guess it’s your typical LA prices. I don’t like how they just put the cheese on top & it just falls off when you bite into it. They have no limes , no green salsa, no public restrooms. Limited seating area , none in the shade. Kinda disappointed with a place with lots of reviews.
The best burritos in East LA hands-down I recommend the California burrito. They also have special box deals. 🌯

DISGUSTING!!! I complained to the manager because their employee wiped her nose with her hand, did not change her gloves and continued to dip her dirty hands in the grated cheese and put it on a customers' burritos. Manager did not make new burritos for the customer.

Their food has no flavor at all. I tried Lupe's due to the reviews, but what a disappointment. No salt, no flavor, no seasonings, no sauces in the food. Bland food. The red salsa was extremely salty and burned my mouth.
