Got recommended this place on Uber eats and wanted to try something new, the food is great reminds me of home cooked Mac and cheese and unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet the staff but if their customer service is even half as good as the food this place is great

Wow, is this food good! When people heard we were serving street truck Mac N Cheese at a fancy event, I got a lot of raised eyebrows. Not a single person questioned the choice after the first bite. With so many vegan and veggie options, our guests were gushing about Alfredo and his crew. Aside from the food, I have to say, these guys were incredible to work with. It was POURING rain, and they set up a tent outside the truck and got to work as if the torrential rain was just a drizzle. They worked so hard and made such delicious food. I can't say enough about them.

I am not a vegan, but their Vegan Mac and cheese with Al pastor and Brussels sprouts is the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever eaten. Period!

This is quite literally the best Mac n Cheese I’ve ever had. WOW. If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m not vegan but I got the vegan Mac n Cheese with cauliflower and kale and it slapped so hard. I dream of bringing all my loved ones to experience Mac n Cheese Rebel. THANK YOU ALFREDO ❤️
