I LOVE the breakfast burritos. (Dare I say… the best?!) I came here 4x the first week I had it 😬 it’s the tater tot inside that gets me. We need a little crunch. I want to try every one, so far I love the crispy pork belly one and Birria one but that’s all I’ve tried. Great staff and service too ❤️

No mms they claim to be for the community but they’re charging like $15 per burrito 😭They’re hella small bro people can’t afford that in Boyle heights! The burrito barely had any meat. Brisket was ehh the pork belly was a lil better. Place is gentrified i thought I was supporting a Mexican business. But yeah don’t go here unless you don’t mind spending 20+ per person.

Great breakfast burrito! The pork and the birria are amazing! My buddy got the enchiladas and said they were great! He even got them the next time we went! The last time another buddy tried their bowl and said it was delicious! Gotta try that next! Thanks for the great food and service!!

Usually the food here rocks but I got a burrito and it had almost no meat in it. My buddy’s got the same burrito and they had meat in theirs but mine seemed like they ran out and just sent it out with only a tiny sprinkle of meat at one end of the burrito. Probably won’t be coming back

We’re visiting from out of town (east coast area), and when we got to Macheen all of the staff members were very kind and welcoming! The experience was uplifted by the barista taking special time to explain all of the sourcings and special considerations Macheen puts into creating their menu to make it not only healthy but also community centric after delivering our food and drinks. Everything was amazing flavorwise, and as mentioned earlier the service and atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely drop by if your in the area, and give Macheen a try!
