After dinner, my husband took me to this place that’s supposedly known for its great soft serve, but I have to say, I beg to differ. I found it to be mediocre, especially considering the trendy area they’re in, which they seem to justify by charging a premium price. The soft serve itself was kind of icy, which was disappointing. I’m not being overly harsh, but if you’re paying that much, you expect it to at least be good. The one redeeming quality was the unique flavors they offered. We also picked up two pints, and those were definitely better than the soft serve. Overall, I wouldn’t come back.

Visiting from NYC and tried the Magpies cakes on this trip. They were absolutely light and delicious. Perfect balance of textures, toppings, flavors, ice cream and cake. I like that they weren't too sweet or heavy like most ice cream cakes tend to be. My first thoughts were - light, creamy, very flavorful and well balanced. I am Asian American and as you know we don't like overly sweet desserts and Magpies found the perfect balance with this unique cake product. I highly endorse it. It is a must have when in LA.

Vegan soft serve isn't always easy to find, but here you can find many interesting flavors! And the soft serve pies are incredible - a great mixture of textures and flavors every time. This place is a vegan soft serve lover's dream!

Great ice cream and the pie is phenomenal! Not anywhere to sit inside, but great customer service.

I love their ice cream pies! They are so well balanced & the flavors are enticing! They also have Soft-Serve Ice Cream. Good thing this place is quite a ways away from me, or I'd definitely return too often! There's no indoor seating, but there are chairs outside without tables.

Parking: It's located in a plaza with other shops. Parking is usually taken, but you may get lucky!

Wheelchair accessibility: There's one space in the lot closest to Griffith Park Blvd.

The kids love if here and the service is always great. I recommend taking the family on a nice hot day. They have so many flavors and toppings to pick from.
