Main Chick Hot Chicken

I like spicy, jalapeno chilis, chilis from Mexico, habanero — you name it. This chicken was way over seasoned and way too spicy.

I almost cried after I took my first bite and my taste senses were overloaded not in a good way — think a full spoonful of pepper mixed with red takis/hot cheeto powder.

I ordered a certain spice level and they totally ignored my order.

Save your money. Eat at another chicken place. It’s all oil, pepper, chemical red seasoning…no thanks.

Got my chicken/fries combo to-go and it's one of the best chickens I had. I personally love the chicken strips than the bone-ins because it was easy to eat. Both the bone-in and chicken strips were packed with flavor and it was perfect with the honey. The spicy honey is really spicy, wow! I don't know how they did that but it was good with the fries.

Their mac n cheese is also delicious! It's not the usual cheddar mac n cheese, they use maybe 3 different kinds of cheeses. I wish i ordered more hawaiian buns too. Will definitely be ordering again when I crave fried chicken.

Ordered on doordash on a Saturday noon. Fried chicken (medium and naked) was super good and came out fast. Fries are really good too

This chicken is so good. And I love the concept of the co-op.

The taste is good, but I ordered quarter legs. What I received was completely different from what I ordered. I'm very upset

This place went horrifically downhill. The pickup is beyond messy, if you are willing to fight them (like me) you will wait for 45 mins, if you are like my friend and not willing to fight them, you will wait for 1.5 hours, only for them to finally hear you and direct you to the right place.

The second you open your mouth they’re just like “where’s your text from whatever” and you’re sitting there like I don’t have a text and it’s been 1h? Doesn’t matter, they dgaf.

The rules are constantly changed on when/where you pick up from (front or back of building) based on day/time and instead of asking if you’re a delivery driver or pickup, they just assume and send you to their bullshit automated system. So my poor friend sat there for 1.5h waiting for food, and during this time she saw multiple altercations with the staff. Delivery drivers getting banned from there because they’re so frustrated with the staff and don’t let me get started on the parking lot.

This place is a liability disaster waiting to happen and honestly this kitchen alone deserves an investigation that should result in new laws to regulate these ghost kitchens who just want to maximize profit at everyone else’s expense & safety.

Delivery from any app is the same, because the delivery driver is going through the same thing x6 other orders. So it’s always delayed by double the ETA, and by the time it gets to you everything is cold & soggy.

Fries are inconsistently seasoned and even though they charge you for extra sauce it’s very hit or miss if you will get it.

This was my go-to for fried chicken sandwiches but just not worth it anymore, too many alternatives to go through this hassle.

This is the most disgusting chicken sandwich that I ever had! I ordered mild but it was so hot, it was inedible for me! I assume they messed up my order?! The slaw and Mac and cheese are lacking any flavors! Also overpriced! I threw everything in the trash 🤢

The food quality was extremely poor, with excessive seasoning making it inedible. After three attempts to eat it, I was compelled to discard the entire meal. The seasoning was so overwhelming that it felt like swallowing a spoonful of salt, causing discomfort in the esophagus and diaphragm. It is astonishing that the establishment considered serving such a dish acceptable. The fries were also overcooked and over seasoned.
