We had an amazing experience at Mainro. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent — the atmosphere, the service, and the food were all outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The downstairs entertainment was a huge highlight of the night. The music, energy, and overall vibe made the experience even more special and fun. Everything from start to finish was truly 10/10. You can really feel the care and passion behind this place. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the ambiance was perfect. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mainro to anyone looking for a top-tier dining and entertainment experience.

Bring your credit card and maybe a backup because a 22% gratuity is automatically added no matter how the service goes. If you decide to enjoy any “private” entertainment from the performers, don't worry they'll stand there patiently until you tip them. Awkward but effective. When it's time to pay, you're also required to hand over your ID (not just show it), so they can take it wherever they please and write down whatever information they want. Totally comforting. The concept itself is fun, but between the management, the endless fees, and food that doesn't come close to matching the price, the experience is far more expensive than it is enjoyable.

It's an amazing celebration experience except do not sit on the upstairs level. I feel that it is a waste of money and party and show is pretty much all downstairs. The lamb and crispy betsy are delicious & my favorite dishes. It is a fun birthday spot that put alot of attention into announcing and wishing people a happy birthday.  But again I believe that the upstairs portion shouldn't even be open. It feels like you're missing the show so spend the $50 extra per person to sit downstairs.

Another clear 10/10. It's the kind of venue that feels like an experience, not just a restaurant. The food is good (8/10)—well-prepared and enjoyable—but it's definitely overpriced for what you get. Still solid, just not quite at the level the pricing suggests. Service was excellent (9/10): attentive, professional, and well-paced without being intrusive, which goes a long way in a high-end setting like this. The entertainment was fun (8/10), but given the sheer amount of talent in LA, expectations were higher. Good energy overall, just not quite the “wow” factor anticipated. All that said, I'll definitely be back. MainRo gets a lot right, and with a few tweaks, it has the potential to be truly exceptional.

We had to wait hours for our food, which already set a bad tone for the night. The music was awful and made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. To make things worse, our waiter accidentally served my steak to another table. When I asked why my steak hadn't arrived, she realized it had been given to someone else and that they had already taken a piece of it. Instead of properly handling the situation, she took the steak back from that table, brought it to the kitchen, and then returned it pretending it was a fresh plate. That is completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. Very disappointing experience

Tout était parfait le seul bémol est de n'être autorisé qu'à rester 2h à table. Le personnel nous presse pour choisir nos plats et tout est ramené très vite à table. Sinon tout est parfait l'ambiance la musique

Fabulous experience with show and dinner. The food was tasty, especially the mushroom truffle pasta. The performances were amazing and the light show was great. They had a Dj in between performances. The ambiance was perfect for celebrating and putting you in a cheerful mood. I highly recommend this place.
