Great restaurant. Will definitely be back in coming months. service was impeccable. Family had a lot of picky eaters and they all enjoyed every dish that was ordered.
This restaurant nails it every single time. No better prime rib. The sausage stuffed peppers with house made ranch visits me in my sweetest dreams and the service is A+++ always! Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants.
Our party of 6 had a fantastic experience at Majotdomo. The food was delicious and served perfectly hot and fresh. The service excellent. The atmosphere was fun and it was a good value
Excellent food. Every dish was crafted with abundance in taste. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.
The appetizers were super yummy — we had the oysters, bing, and gem salad, all of which were light, fresh, and delicious to start with. Unfortunately, the main courses weren't as great. The mushroom fried rice, branzino, cauliflower, and crispy potatoes were all noticeably over-seasoned and much too salty; I found myself drinking lots of water just to balance out the flavors. Overall, the ambience and service were lovely, but I do wish the entrées had been seasoned more lightly.
I've had Momofuku in NYC multiple times. The pork shoulder seemed like a similar recipe with similar toppings here but it was very overcooked and dry. It's supposed to be tender and juicy but it was the complete opposite. I should've asked them to take it back but we were hungry and in a rush for a Lakers game. I'm very surprised since I usually love Momofuku restaurants and it was very empty since it was 5:30pm on a Monday. I thought the quality of food would be better because of this.
Service and food was wonderful for a table of 2. The bing and ricotta was delicious and we had a 2nd serving of the bing. Mushroom crispy rice and cauliflower were on point but we packed it to-go. The wagyu zabuton was on the chewy side but tasty.
I finally made it out to Majordomo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The space has that perfect balance of modern and warm, upscale without trying too hard. Service was smooth, attentive, and paced exactly right. The food is where they really won me over. The bing with the spreads is still one of the best starters in LA ... simple, but perfect. The short rib and the noodles were standouts, and you can taste the technique and depth of flavor in everything that comes out of the kitchen. Portions are generous, the seasoning is dialed in, and nothing feels gimmicky. It's one of those meals where the quality hits immediately, and you walk out already thinking about what you'll order next time. Definitely worth the reservation and absolutely worth the return trip.
Food was great. You should get two warm breads with the dips, either way you can order and extra, for 8$
They made our night the most memorable dinner we could have. They had an immense amount of attention to detail recommendations and overall just ease to deal with I would recommend anyone to come here at least once because that's enough to hook you. Will be coming back regularly. They have the best service and food!!

Felt that they reduced the portion sizes in half since our last visit about 10 months ago, and the prices increased.
Best experience dining out in a long time. Food, drinks, vibes all amazing. Will absolutely return to try other dishes!
Always enjoy the food here. Attentive n helpful service. Hoping to see some new dishes as I've eaten same menu for many years now. Looking forward to taste new dishes from the new chef...
The location is at the end of an industrial street, you will likely be confused when you arrive and see no signage from the street other than a neon lemon sign. But once you walk down the dark path you will see the hip and trendy looking restaurant. We made reservations and were seated right away, when we arrived it wasn't very busy since they opened 30 minutes earlier. The issues I had with the service is that our server basically disappeared for over 30 minutes. During this time we got our side dishes and ate them and our main steak entree never came out. When she finally came back we told her we haven't gotten are dish so she said she would check on it. 15 minutes later of watching many others around us get their food. She came out and said the chef wasn't happy with the first preparation of our steak so he was making it again . At no point during this 45 minutes wait did she ever come check on us to tell us the kitchen was behind. And by the time the steak came out we had already eaten all the sides since they would have been stone cold by that time. Overall it was very disappointing considering how expensive the restaurant was.
Food was very overpriced for the quality and the portion size. Got the mushroom crispy rice, Bing, and pork dish that wasn't on the menu. Server mixed up our appetizers so we had to correct him. Overall disappointing--the mushroom crispy rice and pork was WAYYY too salty. The vibes were nice though. For better Korean food I suggest you go to koreatown. Also 4% mandatory tip disguised as service charge was such a turnoff. Not sure why this restaurant is rated so high, Americans are brainwashed into thinking higher price = higher quality. 2 stars for the nice vibes and maybe overly attentive service (server re-folded my napkins when I went to the bathroom???) but good service does not make up for bad food. Also the area is super sketchy, multiple broken window glass on the ground. Only valet parking $13.
