The food is not bad, but the service is horrible. I will not revisit it.

My favorite Korean Chinese restaurant! Best in Los Angeles and better than many even in Korea! The fried mandu, fried rice, and jjajangmyeon are so delicious! Highly recommended... And you can then even do some shopping over at H-Mart next door!

I know my Korean/Chinese food. This place use to have good jajangmun and sweet and sour pork. Last couple of times was not as good as we remembered. Today, the food was a total letdown!!! I gave this place a few chances and my decision has been made. Never going again!!!
The Jjajangmyeon was delicious, and the sweet and sour pork was fried in new oil, so it was protein, savory, and delicious. Next time, I'll try Jjamppong and other dishes...

Jjambbong : On point, especially with its soup. Not only is it rich with its flavoring, but the onion and seafoods are cooked just right to go along with noodles!Tang Soo Yook(Sweet&Sour Pork) : By default, staff brought out the sauce and fried pork separately! (This is huge point!) Flours fried with porks were sticky enough to surround the pork and not be too ‘wet’. THE REAL DEAL is this sauce! Not many are able to achieve this Sweet and Sour feeling without too much of ‘Sour’ (as they tend to overtake the flavor), but I think Mandarin House achieved the right balance here!

This has been one of my long-time favorite Korean style Chinese restaurants in LA K-Town. We always get 삼선짬뽕 as it is my husband's favorite, and I get 간짜장. This time he ordered 삼선짬뽕 as always, and we wanted to give a try to regular Jajang myeon (as this should be the basic of the basic). And we tried Sautéed Mixed seafood (팔보채). (FYI. I love their 돼지고기 탕수육, and it's my favorite here).1. I would not reorder Jajang myeon if we go back. Their 간짜장 has been always good, but not Jajang myeon...It is okay...but not that good.2. 팔보채- We both loved it. (However, we asked for mustard sauce, but it was not a spicy mustard, but rather taste like a regular mustard sauce you would eat with burger or chicken nuggets).3. 삼선짬뽕 - I can give 1 out of 5 stars...The soup base does not even taste like any seafood flavor, but full of hot pepper oils....making the soup extra greasy.I told the owner of the restaurant that the taste of it is a lot different from what we always get, as I want this restaurant to maintain the quality of their food and flavor. But the reaction I got was "Other customers complemented how tasty it is.." Oh well...everyone's taste is different, and I cannot force you to believe what I said...Believe what you want to believe and just hear what you want to hear. (I almost said why don't you try it now) lol. I would not even serve it to my family (even before selling it to others).

This is one of the greatest places I have dined in for Chinese food. I ordered fried rice and chow Myeon as well as other meat options. The portions were astronomical for the price, a huge platter enough for 2-3 people served for $16. Portion size wasn’t the only thing this place had, the taste was so good that it outshined some other places. If any of you guys are down for some Chinese, this place is a must to try out.

There was poky debris in food that hurt my family's throat. Requested refund. The owner refused. Horrible experience. Not recommend at all. Foods are filthy and dangerous content inside. Avoid at all cost.

Worst korean Chinese food I ever had. Please do not waste your money. Just go to food court… that will be much better.
I've lived in the U.S. for over 30 years and have been to many places... but this is the first time I've ever tasted Jjambbong like this. It's much better to just go to Food Colt and eat!!!

Two months ago, two people ordered jjejang noodles during lunch time, and it came out in less than a minute. We took a break, and the noodles came in lumps, so there were other tables, so we spoke in a low voice, and they said they made it today. They didn't even check the food, and insisted on paying and left. It was so unscrupulous to do business like this without even saying anything about new ones or anything. Shouldn't we change something now?

The mixed rice on the lunch menu is good. The ladies serving the restaurant are busy, but the male owner is still clumsy and slow.
