It's BACK...! I've been coming to this place for 8 years now. After the pandemic, this place went downhill really bad, their prices skyrocketed, and their quality was the worst. Stopped coming for more than a year, but now it's finally back. Quality is good again, and prices are reasonable. The service is amazing, and the place is just more comfortable to go with family or friends. I'm so happy this place is good again.

AYCE was 35$ per person for 3 meats in total, got Angus, chicken, and pork, the chicken was the only one that was tender, but had tons of fat, along with the pork having tons of fat.The entire salad bar was cold, the fries, soup, Japanese pancakes, and fried rice, all cold.

Good service. All you can eat is affordable. They change the grill every so often and don't let it get charred. Meat quality is also a plus. Marinated meats are also good. Wish drinks were a bit colder but other then that I Highly recommend this place. Most times I go eat here there is enough space to be away from others and enjoy your meal.

This was my first time here and it wasn't a great experience. We entered and a lady asked how many (just 3 people for our group) and we were seated right away, but not offered water which seemed odd. No intro, no welcome, nothing. Table was set but we weren't sure if we had to ask for water but we pressed the call button and ordered sodas to start and placed only one round of meat with our server. We had to ask for rice paper since it wasn't offered or available in the self serve section. After only having one round we were given the check which we did not request and it felt like we were being rushed on a non busy day. We had pressed the call button but nobody came and we were hesitant to press it twice to order more, but nobody came by and we didn't want to press it again and seem pushy. We had only been there for about 35mins.So we ended up not pressing the call button and went up to pay in the front since it didn't seem like they take the payment from the table, again this was our first time here so we didn't know how they run their restaurant. We accepted to pay the check because it didn't seem like they wanted to take our order after the first round. We were uncomfortable with the lack of service so we decided to leave and not let it ruin our day.The person charging us asked if we left a tip at the table for our server or if we were leaving one up front. Are you serious? How rude!!The table next to us was not asked nor did they leave a tip and they had about 5 or 6 guests at their table. The couple that paid before us wasn't asked either. Why were we even asked? Our table was practically ignored and you want to ask for a tip?? I have been a server myself and I wouldn't dare to make a remark like that to a customer. A part of me thinks its because we were dressed for the harajuku event and not in our causal clothes. Either way, why are you asking for a tip in the first place to only one customer and not your whole restaurant? Pay your employees more first of all and second, don't just ignore your customers. Be attentive! It was not professional at all how we we were asked or treated. I did not want to argue with him, I just wanted to go somewhere else.We paid $116.59 for only 1 round of meat for 3 people and one drink each.Food was not the most flavorful, but it was still okay. We didn't get to try much, but we got to try their brisket, thin pork belly and bulgogi. We were hoping it was good quality based on the ratings, but it didn't taste much different from other kbbq places that charge less. I wouldn't say its worth $33.99 per person though.I do not recommend this place. Its pricey and the only upside was that it was upstairs from the event & the shops. This did not feel like a regular AYCE restaurant. If I wanted no service I would have gone to a buffet or stayed home, but I came here because it was recommended and it was not worth it. I do not see how they have 4 stars when the quality of the food was mid level for the price and their customer service was bad.You can stamp your parking ticket here to validate parking. They won't do it for you, but they have the stamp on a side table for you to do it. I actually preferred doing it myself rather than having to wait on them to do it.

First time to eat there. Was shown to our table, before I could sit down there was a huge cockroach crawling on the floor. Informed the employee who just killed by placing a piece of paper over it then stepped on. Then business went on as usual. They don't give senior citizen discount.

Food wasn’t bad but the service was. I wasn’t done eating and they gave me my check right away. They tried charging me the tip twice as well, once cash and the other debit. I felt rushed and uncomfortable.
