The dakgalbi here was really delicious and reasonably priced compared to other places.
We ordered the spicy chicken for two people with extra cheese the medium spice level was perfect, not too spicy.
The rice cakes were chewy, and the perilla leaves added such a nice.
The fried rice at the end was also amazing definitely recommend finishing your meal with it!

I needed to use the restroom really bad so I walked in and used it. An employee was knocking on the door asking me if I was going to buy something.
I replied yes. When I was done I asked to see a menu, when the employee went to fetch I bolted out of the door.
Thanks again for restroom.
I’m sure food is great.

This is the real original Dak-Gal-bi restaurant in Koreatown. It has a long history. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. It is not fancy and there are not many tables, but the unique atmosphere that can only be felt in this old restaurant is its charm.

Authentic cooking by Korean aunties. We came for late lunch around 4pm and we all love the food so much. The restaurant wasn’t busy and watching aunties cook in front of you definitely is a nice dine-in experience

Mapics dak galbi was the perfect spot to enjoy just really great food. Love it when the menu is basically one item. You know it must be good. The lovely waitresses cook the food for you but this is an authentic Korean restaurant in terms of English and service so let you fill in the blanks. The portion was big so we ended up taking the left overs to enjoy another meal the next day.

I remember the Dak Galbi I ate in Korea was really tasty. This place really disappointed me though. The food literally was NOT good.

I absolutely love this place. It's korean street food at its best. The place is in an old building and you can tell the place is aged, but don't let that fool you. The food is great, and afterwards they even make fried rice in front of you. Parking is difficult and limited and seating is also limited, but the food makes it all woth it.

Loved the Spicy Stir-fried Chicken with the sides. The soup is a great refreshing pairing with the spicy chicken.
