I wish they still serves ramen used to come every week sometimes multiple times a week. Haven't tried the soup but the ramen and tempera was great when I used to go.

Really lovely spot, quite cozy and casual. Seemed like a family place. The food was excellent, we just had some chicken soup and dumplings. Amazing value for the food. Will be back! Thanks for excellent service!

I tried boiling it to reheat and eat it, but it smelled worse than I've ever smelled in the world, so I threw it all away.I can't tell which part is used, or what looks like intestines is mushy and I can't tell at all whether it's from pork or beef... .I tried boiling it again, but it just didn't work so I threw it away.

It's cozy and the food isn't very tasty. They advertise a 30% sale and then charge the menu price. It's a completely false advertisement that says it's the sale price. Don't tell me...

Hole in a wall gem! They're having a special right now where everything on the menu is 30% off! Workers were sweet, attentive, and they even have a fly door entrance which every restaurant should have. - yuk gae jang was good imo. Although too much of it can get old because the broth was sweet. It tasted like dumplings juice? Lots of meat!- seolleongtang was rich and flavorful. - dumplings were average. They're not homemade and was just boiled in water I'm a sucker for mom and pop shops and there's free parking too! Location not so great but tradeoff are worth

Recently came here with my partner on a warm Sunday around lunchtime to cure a little hangover and split a meal. We were greeted by the friendly owner who asked if we were dining in or taking out. We decided to sit down and along the wall. This place is small and feels authentic. They also have a free dumplings offer if you write a review by the way. Although we told them about it after eating, the owner said to make sure to reference it next time. No worries at all - we know about it - but it's always good to support businesses and since we were splitting a meal, we didn't mind paying for it. We got the first option on their menu: the Sullungtang option B which comes with Beef, Tripe, Tendon, Spleen, and cheek. Add a little salt and it's honestly delicious and very much so a comfort food. It came with a side of rice, kimchi & kimchi daikon. The fried dumplings we ordered were so good too! Honestly, a super great option and this tiny places deserves a 5/5! Will be back.

Enter from Vermont. If u miss it, you'll have to go around the block because the lot exits on 7th. Private parking lot w $2 valet. We had 2 orders of ginseng chicken soup, Teriyaki chicken plate, pancake, and fried dumplings. The ginseng soup was good, not salty, but the chicken could have been simmered more. I prefer it almost falling off the bone. The pancake was tasty and a good portion. I won't order the dumplings. The Teriyaki chicken was good surprise. It was like boneless chicken w sauce over red bean rice. Tasty! We were the only patrons around 6:00 pm. It was very quiet Monday night except for an unexpected homeless guy who came to beg for food. I feel so sorry for the owner.

This restaurant was very welcoming from the very beginning! The staff was very informative and they're running 30% off on the whole menu. Would definitely recommend- the food was delicious.

An excellent family-run Korean restaurant, with everything you could ask for: friendly service, great prices, and sizable portions. Ordered the galbitang which was incredibly flavorful (and huge!). Definitely recommend supporting this local business if you're in the area.

Very casual place offering 30% off. Lunch was delish with a lot of variety. Hole in wall joint but at least away from the crowded part of K Town. Thumbs up

I tried yukgaejang and seolleongtang at Mapo seolleongtang, and I ate woogeoji galbitang for breakfast this morning. The thick and cool soup and the beef brisket were well cooked and absorbed the taste of the soup well, and the ribs were tender. It was so large that I could only eat half of the bowl. The price is very affordable, so I recommend it.

I love how this place is walking distance from my job. There is a parking lot with is free which is rare in Ktown let. Alone in LA. They have so many selections of food from soups to Galbi. Today I am going with Galbi which is bbq short ribs!!! The even have specials from the times of 7:30 to 11 and 11 to 3 PM. If you are driving you can miss this place it's right next to boba time. It's a chill place nothing to fancy but it get the job done when getting some Korean food at a decent priced food!! My go tooooo place.
