I give this place a 5 star because of the food , I ordered Huevos divorciados and it was great , you had green sauce on one egg and red sauce on the other . I showed up with 2 coworkers got seated and got our drinks within five minutes I liked that . It was early and not busy but it is a small place and has street parking only I belive , I think those are the only downside . I came out full and happy with the price .

I would die for the enchiladas in this place. Went by myself since I was really craving them and felt really nervous at first but all the staff were really nice and made me feel homey. The lady that helped me was very sweet and helped me get over my nerves. Gave me a nice serving of chips with salsa and some soup. Enchilada and house water was delicious. For just a plate and drink (plus chips salsa and free bowl of soup) paid ~$15 .Will definitely be coming by more often, think I found my new comfort food place. Only down side was I was so full at the end!

The food is great there and the people..(some not so much only as long as they are seen by the boss. They catered the Thanksgiving dinner and lady named Cristina was so rude to many of the people attending the that where late for the lunch-dinner gathering. She said the food is gone when there was a tray of beans, rice chips and salsa. A young man came foward and said....but we still have beans, rice chips and salsa if you like. Tgen a time later i saw soneone approch her afain asking for water when a case of small bottles was on the table. Again the young man came to the rescue and said the bottles that are the table! She redponded oh a thought she saud the mexican waters to which that also wasnt true because the container was still 1/4 full of jaimaica water. At the end they took back leftover beans i dont know about the rice..)Other than that i recomend the food there its magnificent.

Since I am from Mexico, I always like to eat im Mexican restaurants and Maracas food was delicious and the service was great (Christina our server, very attentive with us).

Our friends organized a reunion at Maracas. The outdoor setup was perfect for our gathering. The food is absolutely delicious. The chimichangas, quacamole, enchiladas and aqua frescas are delicious. I'd go back again and again for their chimichangas! The owner is very nice and accommodating.

The server only knew how to speak Spanish. My lessons from high school only took me so far. I think this place does mainly catering to survive. The carne asada burrito was subpar.
