Terrible service. We waited 30 minutes for our shakes and an hour for our food when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. There are 5 of us all of which ordered one after the other and somehow got our food all at different times despite having the exact same order. When we asked why this was the manager said it was because different orders go to different cooks. We then asked the cooks directly because they somehow were giving out order number 60 before 38.. turns out they just skipped over two of our orders.

Sam the security guard was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and genuinely kind. I accidentally ordered from the Marathon location in Long Beach, which was closed. At first Uber support denied my refund, but Sam stepped in and explained the situation to them, confirming there was no way the order could have been made or picked up. My friend made the same mistake and Sam helped both of us get our refunds.
He really went above and beyond to keep us customers happy and made sure everything got resolved.
Thanks Sam and thanks to the Marathon team working tonight. Amazing food as always — I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending it to others. 🙌

I was in line about to order and the service man said your food is free today don't pay for anything sir!! What a blessing & he didn't even know I drove from Palmdale on my off day to try them out!!! Thank you Marathon Burger & the burger & fries were amazing!!!
I thought to myself ill get there a just a little after 11a when Marathon opens. It won't be a crowd and I can enjoy the experience. Nope ...there were customers lined up people eating at the tables outside. And as I looked from a distance, everyone was having a goodtime. It made me even more wanting to experience the same feeling. And without a doubt thats exactly what I was feeling from the moment I arrived there to the moment I washed my hands after one of there signature burgers. Cleanliness, seasoned food, and great customer service. Thats MARATHON..the legacy continues.

Great food and customer service! Vegan burger is perfect as is (pls don’t change a thing about it) the fries have a unique seasoning (and are delicious-not overly salted) and the scratch made beverages-amazing. Clearly a well organized and run business. 🩷seeing that!

First time here ever...And they didn't disappoint. The restaurant was beautiful right in the heart of money and hungry people. The team working the afternoon shift was amazing thank you all so much. The place was beautiful the people beautiful. The food was great I enjoyed my meal, my wife enjoyed her meal, my two nieces raved over their food. My wife and family are trying all locations to show our support. You should too!!!? All Money In, No money Out.
