Sam the security guard was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and genuinely kind. I accidentally ordered from the Marathon location in Long Beach, which was closed. At first Uber support denied my refund, but Sam stepped in and explained the situation to them, confirming there was no way the order could have been made or picked up. My friend made the same mistake and Sam helped both of us get our refunds.

He really went above and beyond to keep us customers happy...

A1 Burger! My daughter loved the wings! Great service youngin serving the drinks was quick polite and helpful. Gracias, well be back everytime we come down from AZ. JUST SAD THERE WASNT SHIRTS IN STOCK MANNNNN I WOULD OF DOUBLED UP 😆 😭 RIP NIP THE GREAT

I was in line about to order and the service man said your food is free today don't pay for anything sir!! What a blessing & he didn't even know I drove from Palmdale on my off day to try them out!!! Thank you Marathon Burger & the burger & fries were amazing!!!
