3.5/5. The food was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Cooks were working hard as there seemed to be a ton of Ubereats/Doordash orders.

My biggest concern is the fact that the restaurant has tables and an umbrella placed in the striped space (next to the disabled parking). This area is meant for wheelchair users to be able to exit their vans. There's not enough space for somebody to do so. This makes things incredibly difficult for families like ours (especially considering this is the only disabled spot on this side of the lot). There is no way someone's wheelchair ramp would have space to deploy. I understand maximizing space for revenue, but they're doing it at the expense of disabled community members.

The service was lacking. The waitress was not attentive though. We sat for at least 20 minutes without having her come by so we had to go ask for the bill from another server. She was otherwise very friendly and got our order correct though.

Absolutely delicious! This was a surprise dinner stop with the most delicious Italian cuisine! This is the original location in Brentwood! Great service, atmosphere and food! Long list of wine to pair with your meal, beer is available as well.

Tasty Italian fare in a cute spot. LARGE portions, great amount of seasonings and spices, this feels like a hidden gem in Brentwood.

Loved the arrabbiata, enjoyed the zucchini frites, and the service was quick and helpful all night.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty limited, but with only a few shops there, maybe you’re fine? Just be aware and don’t expect to show up and find a spot immediately every time.

My family and I stopped at Maria’s for lunch. The food was fresh and delicious. Their Caesar and house salads were crispy and big enough to share. Kids finished their pasta and chicken. I added this place to my list and will recommend to my friends.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because of the Fried Calamari. In my opinion, Fried Calamari should be mixed with juiciness of the squid plus the thick flavor of the fried flour. But the served Calamari was too plain, just a flavor of fried stuff, and that's it.But other than that, the Signature Meat Ball Spaghetti and the Lasagna were really good for the price. Absolutely no complains there.
