What a great and surprising addition to this stretch of Weho. As someone who lives close by, I too have passed it a million times and never stopped in. Today I did, and I will be back! The food was delicious and the service was so friendly. My only complaint, the menus currently hanging up in the restaurant are too confusing. It's much better explained and presented online and on the paper takeout menu you get.

Thankful this place is opened pretty late! Much needed especially if you are getting out of the WeHo clubs around 2 am. It's opened until 3 am on weekends so you got some time to get your other cravings satisfied. We got two of each of all of their tacos. Each one was pretty good and my favorite was the Sweet Chicken. It had some nice herb (Thai basil?) action going and had a slight Asian flair to me. Overall though, good tacos to end a good night!!

Uh...I walked by this place a million times and never went in. I feel stupid...just picked up some food to go and it was amazing. I like that they have healthy and naughty options. Can't wait to go back and try some more items. Fortunately I live up the street so it won't be too long.

It was the vegan options that drew me in. I ate here with my friend who isn't vegan so we were both satisfied. At first glance of the menu you wouldn't think that the flavors would work but the food was absolutely delicious. And because they have several vegan options I will definitely be back to try them all. Their size portions are great and the ambience is laid-back and fun.

Hit this place up after dancing at The Abbey. Love the queer superheroes décor and the subtle rainbow lamps hanging over each table, progressing along the side of the wall.I got the vegan cheese fries to share and it was more than enough for the two of us. Fries were nice and crispy, though I will say that the cheese sauce had a bit of a bitter aftertaste, though it might've been the alcohol I'd been drinking all night, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I liked everything I tried here. I got dirty fries , churro fries, beef tacos, and shrimp tacos. Everything was excellent but the shrimp taco was my favorite. Overall I think Marinate has a fun and unique spin on food .

I don't know who's leaving all the five-star reviews. But they're preposterous. This place is flat-out bad. Everything is overpowered by salty seasonings and sauces. And the sauces don't even work -- who told them to put honey mustard sauce (called honey lime on the menu) on a shrimp taco? And what are those discs pretending to be tortillas? They're more like stale Middle Eastern bread stamped into circles. Avoid this place. It's a mess -- an overpriced one. PS to Mat Y... Actually, your shrimp tacos are $3.75 a pop -- and they're small. That's not $ pricing -- saying it is is Trumpian spin. There are plenty of restaurants in West Hollywood that pay their employees a livable wage and keep paying rent month after month, while serving actual tortillas, and sauces that actually work with the taco fillings, and at actual $ prices to boot. You're just not one of them. And all of your defensiveness won't change that. Listening to your critics rather than dismissing them just might.

This place is amazing. The super fun pop culture decor is a visual feast! The music is fun and creates an awesome atmosphere. The food is delicious- I can't decide between the spicy chicken and the BBQ Beef so please don't make me. The perfect casual dining place if you're out for a fun night in Boy's Town or even for lunch. Do yourself a favor and hit Marinate next time you're in Weho even though it's worth making a special trip.
