I’m not sure where I found Mariscos Jalisco, but I’m thankful I found them and went to visit them!Stopped by there truck around 1030 on a Friday and there was no line. I got the Taco De Camaron and the Aguachile Tostada.The taco was delicious but be aware, eat it sideways. The Aguachile tostada was very flavorful with a nice spice to it. All in all, both items were very filling.The service was great. I got my items quickly and enjoyed sitting around eating on a nice morning.
This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta.
