My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for multiple years and this is easily the WORST experience we’ve ever had. Everything from the food to the service was horrible. Walking in, the waitress(Ruth) didn’t greet us and took forever to take our order. We ordered the calamari as appetizers and they were burned and overcooked, when we said something about it, the waitress tried to gaslight us into thinking that was normal. She also said “The table behind you was served the same thing and they’re eating it,” as if that were to make anything better. We were never offered any compensation and instead kept coming back to make snarky remarks, we even attempted to ask for the manager and we were just ignored. The plating and flavor of the food was awful and can definitely say we won’t be coming back. It was unbelievable to pay 85 dollars for something that wasn’t even worth our time.

Very bad service from the waitress and the food.. very poor quality. I have come in previous years and the treatment and service was much better, the waitresses were more attentive and the waitress just took my plate away from me when I had not even finished my toast, the burnt calamari .. I asked him why they were so burnt and he responded rudely .. the presentation of the dishes and the food were so bad that I was left with my family very disappointed in the treatment that the waitress named Ruth gave us this afternoon

Went in on a Friday and all of a sudden most menu prices went up at least $1 per item. Don't know if they were lent prices, but whatever....the food was pretty good.
