I had previously given this place a 10/10 but I recently went in since I was nearby and I guess the worker couldn’t hear me and gave me a different order but since I hadn’t tried that dish yet I was curious to try it. I appreciate you guys for making the food and I don’t mean no disrespect but the taste was just not there. I ended up just leaving the majority of the udon unfinished and returned it. I imagine it was just an off day but it definitely wasn’t 17 dollars worth but YMMW.

In LA for a work trip and came here looking for some good Japanese food. Got exactly what I expected! Brought me back to my recent vacation to Tokyo. Will come back next time in LA!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered my food through the kiosk, intending to eat in, but it was given to me in plastic takeout containers, which was unexpected. The food itself was very poor – the chicken was extremely tough, the teriyaki sauce had no flavor at all, and everything was presented in a very unappetizing way. On top of that, the service was not good either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place

So strange, when I’m in Hawaii, I plan my hotel to stay next to this place, and plan Two meals there because I love it so Much and yet this location is never busy 🤷🏽♀️ last time I went in Honolulu, I waited in like for 45 min for lunch . Try this place if you haven’t
