Staff is always great at these restaurants. Food is good, sweet potato was a bit dry. Not as much selection as other places but still good for the quick breakfast I had. Def try the lemonade. They'll give you a sample so you can know if you want that or matcha. Both are delicious.
Love this place—and the people, too! I tried the Kitsune for the first time (changed it up a bit from my ushz) and was delighted! So good! 10/10 DO recommend!

My favorite here is the pork soup… i get why is the most popular here. Besides that the tempura options are endless and always fresh and delicious . And portions worth every penny. Is usually not so crowded.. there street parking or parking in the Macy’s plaza building. Restrooms are available in the building but not in the restaurant and they’re usually not available or busy. Wheelchair access by Macy’s elevator.
