OMG girlfriend!! I have searched the world for a burger that lives up to the burgers of my youth. Back in the day, in Australia, you would go the local fish and chip shop and order a 'burger with the lot'. It would come out of the bag looking like a hot mess, dripping in beef juice and melted mayonnaise and taste exactly like you would expect...like a mouthful of everything they had stuffed into the bun. Service? For L.A. staff, I actually got a smile, 5 stars. Atmosphere 5 stars? It is iconic downtown L.A. and on the day I was there even came with free 'downtown L.A. entertainment' of a woman walking in out screaming at her invisible adversary. What more can you ask for?

This was definitely not a go to place to eat. It was my first time there and I do not recommend it. The location was eh mostly because of parking issues. The customer service was not a good experience. Very pricey. No ice. Bland food. Just a huge No.

This place is nasty and the people that work there are very rude towards African Americans and the lady doesn't listen to nothing you ask for and the cook toasted my tacos that they changed 3.50 a piece for which was supposed to come with cilantro and onions and all I got was some overcooked shells that was hard as a rock with nothing but brunt meat inside. Don't go here and spend your hard earned money on this place at all. Just lost a loyal customer.
Best burger I've had in a long time. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was one that I hadn't experienced in a long time. Working class coming in and out ordering their food having late breakfast or early lunch. Construction workers, people living in nearby lofts, security guards and police officers. I loved it. Great place for great burgers and people watching.

The prices are pretty expensive I paid $18 for 10 wings and fries. The food was still good though. They have an extensive menu. Had to come support a local business of Downtown Los Angeles as I have been working here for over 7 years now. Always seen the location felt like finally supporting and eating here.
New tacos dorados only for $3.50 cheapest option on the menu. They are open everyday Monday through Sunday: 10:00 am - 8:00 PM.
I have ran into a lot of friends and business people at this location. They a lot of options from burgers, pastrami, dinner options even breakfast options for people who like that. They have something for everybody.
