It is a little hole in the wall... Bullet proof glass abd bars. But thr service was awesome and the food is crazy good!! This is one spot I would definitely recommend.

Get your food before 7:30 pm after 7:30 pm there’s young girls that work there that are lazy and have a lot of attitude just make sure you get there before 7:30 pm after 7:30pm they over charge you for your food

Don't listen to the other reviews, they're just tourists who come to LA expecting 5 star dining from a family run joint. I've been coming to Master Burger for over 15 years, it's delicious, and you really can't beat the price. Their onion rings are amazing and their seasoned fries are the only ones I'll eat. If you want the real LA street food experience, you want Master Burger. Don't waste your time at Johnny's Pastrami across the street, they charged my girlfriend 50 cents for a single ketchup packet.

Ordered two master burger combos and 1 chili cheese fries with onions and cilantro. Was disappointed when I found out it does not include a beverage. I refuse to order one separately. For the price of the combo, it should be included. That's why I rated service with only 3 stars.The burgers were handmade and flavorful. Chili fries were reasonable and tasty. I'll probably only come back here for the chili fries.

I ordered a carne asada enchilada plate!! When my food came please tell me why me enchiladas were dry shells with meat inside and cheese melted on top!!! I was furious $16.00 and no sauce if that was the case I would have ordered tacos.Called master burger spoke with Anna whom is very rude. Told me that her and the chef just arrived. I doubt that and she literally denied to remake my order! Stating she would leave a note for the manager who was unavailable. Don’t eat here they are dirty and treat the customers horrible. Anna needs to look for new employment. Customer service isn’t her field!!!
