Don't listen to the other reviews, they're just tourists who come to LA expecting 5 star dining from a family run joint. I've been coming to Master Burger for over 15 years, it's delicious, and you really can't beat the price. Their onion rings are amazing and their seasoned fries are the only ones I'll eat. If you want the real LA street food experience, you want Master Burger. Don't waste your time at Johnny's Pastrami across the street, they charged my girlfriend 50 cents for a single ketchup packet.

Ordered two master burger combos and 1 chili cheese fries with onions and cilantro. Was disappointed when I found out it does not include a beverage. I refuse to order one separately. For the price of the combo, it should be included. That's why I rated service with only 3 stars.The burgers were handmade and flavorful. Chili fries were reasonable and tasty. I'll probably only come back here for the chili fries.

I ordered a carne asada enchilada plate!! When my food came please tell me why me enchiladas were dry shells with meat inside and cheese melted on top!!! I was furious $16.00 and no sauce if that was the case I would have ordered tacos.Called master burger spoke with Anna whom is very rude. Told me that her and the chef just arrived. I doubt that and she literally denied to remake my order! Stating she would leave a note for the manager who was unavailable. Don’t eat here they are dirty and treat the customers horrible. Anna needs to look for new employment. Customer service isn’t her field!!!

On the window the place says Apple Pay and card , I ordered food and they told me they only do cash so I couldn’t receive my order. False advertising and a waist of time and gas. Everyone please be advised that they are cash only even though they advertise that they do Apple Pay and card.
Not what it used to be. The service sucked and for some reason didnt taste like it used too.. Probably won't be going back there anytime soon.

Purchased some chili cheese fries. Ordinarily, the extra chili and cheese would seem good. However, it seems thag they were covering up old potatoes. While eating, the taste of the potatoes would ovwrwhelm the taste of the chili and cheese. I could not even get through my plate! Last time I'll ever go there. And the service is always so messed up anyway.

Ordered a pastrami sandwich with mustard and relish only. They made me one with, lettuce, some kind of sauce and other stuff I didn't ask for. I ask them to correct it and they gave me a sandwich with barely any meat and mostly mustard. Never going back
