To whom it may concern,I am writing regarding my horrible dining experience at Mastro’s Ocean Club, Downtown LA on Tuesday, November 15th….Wife worked with Laurence Whiting, Director of Events, for two months leading up to my 41st birthday dinner celebration on Tuesday, November 15th. She booked the bar banquette table event space for my party of 14 people, paid the $900 deposit and was told there was an $1800 minimum. It only sat 13 people and my party didnt fit.. Laurence was aware that my group needed to be at Crypto Arenaat 8pm.! We arrived at 5:15pm.... Hour and half later no entrees nor sides..WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Thank you for ruining my 41st B day and nobody still has reached out since Nov 18th! What a joke!!! Laurence and the GM are cowards for not helping ! We paid $918.71 for bill with no side nor entrees and a $900 deposit you still charged us..

There was a lasagna for my mom. She claims that it's the best she's ever tasted, even in Italy. The food is very imaginative and coherent. Fantastic. Reservations would be mandatory for you. We will be back many days, many times.
