I love living in Mar Vista where I can walk to nice neighborhood businesses like this one. Great coffee, lattes, and sweets, but most of all, a nice atmosphere. Ian, Johnathan, and the entire staff are very friendly and can help make any morning fabulous. There is even a patio in back. Yummy strawberry matcha! Sweetness is from the strawberry cold foam. The dehydrated strawberries topping is genius! Next time I’m going to try it without the cold foam.
