I was here tonight 12/2/2025, I live nearby and I ordered mobile app and pick up my order here at the drive through around 11:50pm; the person in the speaker ask me what I want to order. I answered that I am here to pick up my mobile orders. She told me to pull up to the second window. Once I arrived second window, the old lady with headphone told me she don’t see my order. So I showed her my app; then she suddenly start getting angry, it scared me and my wife for the moment. She was basically yelling at us and ask us why not tell the speaker my code when I was there. I was explaining to her that the person(maybe is her) in the speaker told me to pull forward when I say I am here to pick up mobile order, and turn off the speaker. Even I want to tell you the code, I was not able to in the moment. I don’t understand why it such a big deal to her, and she make it such a scene in the moment. And while she prepared the food, she is keep complaining to us how this make her work difficult, and keep saying “oh my god” to show her attitude. I don’t think that’s what professional stuff should do.

Very good service from that guy Arthur with the mustache I noticed he is very nice and helpful to everybody and there was nothing wrong with my food it was very delicious and the restaurant was clean too

The manager acts like you're a nuisance The kiosk was not printing. The digital doesn't give a number she has to look it up. I get it you're busy but if your can't take the heat get out of the kitchen.
