Ricky at the drive thru was very polite and professional. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. The team there is lucky to have him. Thank you Ricky!

Bad service, the food is takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes to come in even if an mobile order and the food comes cold.

They really do need to do a revamp of the professionalism and the courtesy and the employees here at McDonald's on Pico and Washington. If I was a secret shopper I would have given them a fail. If you have no customer service skills then you should not be working in a customer service job. If something that has to do solely with your company goes a ride, then your company needs to fix it. If I'm using your McDonald's app and it doesn't work, your response by a manager Evelyn should not be. You need to update your app and we can't fix it for you. That's completely unacceptable for a $2 McGriddle. Why are you the manager? What exactly is your purpose in being the manager? If all of your employees have blanket statements and don't know how to adapt, why are you even open. Half the things are not available. The orders are often wrong and you are in the corner of a major intersection. The owner, the proprietor the company at large is soiling its name with this very location. All of the other comments have said the same thing. The fact that there's a thousand other McDonald's I'm just going to have to go to other one. I knew that before I stopped here but again like most other people it was out of convenience. And I've been sitting here now for 20 minutes trying to rectify the situation that was told to me they can't help me.

Drive thru attendee was incredibly rude and did not understand what I was ordering. When I asked what other options they had because Coke was out, he went silent for 2 minutes. He then tells me to “make up my mind already”; I ask him what other soda options are available and he says, “Which one?” I say dr pepper and he hands me a diet coke at the window.

A while ago I went to buy the 2x6, and one sandwich doesn't have egg, this is fraud, and I think I'm not the only one, it seems to be a frequently used practice, this is theft. This is an abuse by the McDonald's franchise. We have to report this theft to the Chamber of Commerce. You pay for breakfast and they give you half of it. That's fraud.
