I had a very disappointing experience with the bags (or rather, paper sleeves) McDonald’s uses for take-out orders. Recently, I lost my entire order because the flimsy paper sleeve tore and my food fell to the floor.

On a previous visit, I specifically asked for a proper bag with handles so I could carry my food safely. The representative refused, telling me that handled bags are only given to Uber or other delivery drivers, and that regular customers only get the paper sleeves.

McDonald’s charges 10 cents for a “bag,” yet what they actually provide is a thin paper sleeve that can’t securely hold more than two items without ripping. This is both unsafe for the food and unfair to customers who are paying for a carryout bag. It feels like the company is cutting corners at the expense of customer satisfaction and basic functionality.

I hope McDonald’s reconsiders this policy and provides all customers—delivery drivers and walk-ins alike—with proper, sturdy carryout bags.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I placed an order through the drive thru. I requested no meat and extra cheese on a Big Mac. I get to the window to pay. I waited close to five minutes for my change as there was none. In the meantime, I politely asked the employee at the window if she put no meat on my order. She got annoyed that I asked I guess because she was standing there just talking and gossiping and didn’t want to be interrupted. I finally got my change and went to the next window to pick up my order which was another two minutes. I went to their parking lot to eat my meal and lo and behold there was no extra cheese and two huge pieces of meat. I went inside and explained my situation and they refused to make me a new sandwich because I didn’t have my receipt. So ridiculous as I forgot it!! After much back and forth they finally agreed to remake the order. I will never come back here!!! After this issue I started to notice things about this location. Firstly, the parking lot looks like the city dump. Trash is everywhere. The inside is not much better as tables are nasty and not clean. I heard a customer tell one of the employees that the bathroom was dirty, which is a bad sign. Disgusting!!!

I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and was charged, but the order never went through. I contacted the store, but they dismissed my concern and offered no help. I had to call back and push hard just to get a refund for an order I never received.

One big pain in the butt if you do the McDonald’s online survey. it should be buy one get one free on a sandwich but every time I go there one time they wouldn’t take the coupon because it was from another McDonald’s. That’s fine. I guess if they’re a franchise. And then tonight they weren’t sure if they could take it for a quarter pounder with cheese buy one get one free at first little girl told me they only do double cheeseburgers, McChicken fries and a six piece McNugget those are the four options then they decided they could take the coupon. I had to pull the front window and wait no big deal the manager she opened the window, hand me my food and didn’t say a word. It’s like I’m taking food or money from their own personal account. No wonder they have such horrible reviews.

Horrible experience and service these youngsters that work here have no shame whatsoever they don't care for the customers im surprised they haven't gotten fired ..who is the owner of this establishment omg sir check the incompetent young folks you hire at this location. They purposely always say they are closed or they always take 15 to 25 minutes per customer. And the sad part is that once you get to the part to pick up youre food the young git with no name tag always asks me whats my order dude its youre job to pay attention and check not for me to do youre job .its always the same ridiculous thing they always ask my complete order ..why do I have to repeat my order that's there job not mine .and the lazy attitude they give you is unbelievable....to the owner of this buisness not the manager the owner is who im talking to please check on youre night shift employees keep a close eye on them because they be over charging me all the time ...next step is going to be a lawsuit...FIRE THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!
