The tray you serve customers food on in the drive way is absolutely filthy! If I choose not to pay for a bag, at the very least serve me my food on a clean tray with a clean paper on it for me to grab my food from. This is extremely disgusting, McDonald’s!

The young girl is very bad …I am waiting at speaker 🔈 for pickup mobile order but she didn’t talk to speaker ..speaker is off than when I come to window she said order is not ready yet…she said can you wait or you can cancel the order I said no I am not able to cancel this order than she said you have to come inside or come again I said why ? Than she said okay your order is ready (within couple of seconds)that’s mean my order is already ready but she was cheating …

I asked for four packets of ketchup and they only gave me two. They were fighting me about it and when I turned around they started talking shit in spanish. The person that did it was maria, the manager. If the manager is like that then I don't know what to expect from the staff. It's sad because she acts like the condiments come out of her paycheck.

Same food as all McDonald's but this location has great employees never employees get ng rude or yelling at customers no harassment of the homeless when they come here to eat and sometimes you'll see them at a table charging there phones getting out of the heat using the restroom and the employees let them as.long as there's no problems and because the employees are so respectful this location doesn't seem to have any.problems.with the homeless there seems to be a mutual respect

This has always been a dependable McDonald’s location for myself and my family. Always well staffed and maintained. Usually clean and never had any issues with incorrect orders. Staff has always been kind, too. They also honor the app deals and other promos, unlike other locations in and around the area. They also pick up their telephone by the off chance you need to speak with a team member.
