I was there this morning (09/06/25) to pick up a mobile order. The place was so crowded, and they did not have my order. Everybody ignored me except manager Juan, the other one Dolores P. Was very impolite , helped me to get my order after 35 min of waiting . Staff organizing orders is not friendly and not accurate at all. I will avoid going there on weekends

Don't ever come to this McDonald's. They give the worst service ever. I am a paying customer at this location and when I was trying to place an order at the counter they right away told me to go to the new machines they have. But a couple of minutes later I see they taking someone's order the same way I was trying to place mine. Not only that I was trying to get a refill of soda and they say no refills eventhough I'm a paying customer.

Every other McDonald's I've been to that's even own independently as a franchise has offered free refills. There are many other options nearby and I suggest others to take their lunch elsewhere.

I usually never have an issue with my order here but today when I ordered from the McDonald’s application, got my order confirmation and said it was Paid, I went to pick up my order after 20minutes they did not have it ready, the lady at the register insisted that I had not placed my order or even paid for it, upon her searching and me showing her proof and that it was paid with my digital receipt she insisted that it was my card that got declined I told her the money was already taken from my bank account and I showed her again my receipt and on her system she said it said it was still not paid after going back and fourth for 10minutes she said the system finally came through and it showed paid. It was a waste of time, I know it was not her fault, but after showing receipts and she still insisted that it was my card instead of admitting that their system is a piece of shit she continued to say it was an error on my end. Never using the app again or going to this location.
