The food was cold and burnt, the coffee they served me was on top of the lid and cold, I don't think it had the extra shots I ordered, they charged me for a ranch they didn't have and didn't give me my money back.I ordered bacon and it was dry and burnt, with a bad taste; the bread was burnt. Overall, it was a very bad experience, especially since in the mornings we expect a hot breakfast, not a bad, cold one.

I went to store #1418 via drive thru to place an order when it came time for me to pay, i spoke to the worker she didn’t speak back nor did she ask me to give her a moment while she dealt with another customer, i sat outside that window to pay for 5mins, then she finally comes over and just starts reciting an order so i didn’t even know she was speaking to me. I gave her my card and sat then someone else comes (the manager) I’m looking at my phone so she says your pin i provide it and she walks away before I could tell her how unhappy i was with my service. Her demeanor was very rude and off putting. I pulled up to the next window, asked to speak to the manager she came i explained my issue she laughed in my face when i said her demeanor was off and i was unhappy that I was sitting waiting for 5mins just to pay. She just looked at me like i was stupid, i even asked the employee who was giving me my food if she thought it was rude that I wasn’t even acknowledged and left sitting for 5mins.
I asked the manager for her name she pointed to her badge, I asked for the store number she laughed and said look on your receipt for it. Her name is Maricruz O.

Oh and to make matters worse i just got home and they got my sons order wrong too
