I went to this location today they made me wait 15 mins to the side after I payed to recieve my order they totally forgot about me. The entire time a Crack head was harassing me I had to get off my car and go inside they told me to wait another 10 mins so I went back to my car. Finnaly they gave me my food I went home and found out they gave me cold food and half the order was wrong I payed more than what I actually recieved. I ordered their double big Mac I recieved a double cheeseburger inside of a big Mac box!!!! These people demanded 20 bucks an hour and can't even do their job correctly or give quality food I'm going to boycot McDonald's and I'm not the only one apparently I will never go to another McDonald's especially this location ? McDonald's doesn't care about its customers or their own values of providing a quality product

If I can put no stars I would today at 5:07pm order my food and tried to speak to the manager in a calm voice because the whole order was wrong not only I explained my self to the intercom and told them multiple time they must up my order and to top if off speaking to the manager to resolve if hang up on my face and pretty much telling me I snooze I lose because I'm expected from them to check every bag for my order and to make sure everything is good knowing I payed for my order after this I'm going to try to contact customer service or corporate and file a complain for the quality of the service and the way the manager behavior toward me all this happen on 1/28/24 at 5:07pm
I'm really, really, beginning to hate McDonald's. First of all, if you want more wages, provide more wage services. I don't care what McDonald's you go to they get your order wrong, and the food is cold, and they preparation is horrible. They just throw your food together. Then, there is the language barrier. Something has to give. Cook your own food. It is much safer.

Worst McDonald’s ever, constantly serve cold mcchickens that taste like bricks, if you ask for no pickles you get pickles, if you ask for Carmel Sunday they give you chocolate, they have an attitude when they get your order wrong. They don’t remake wrong orders they give you the same wrong thing back but just cold now. During breakfast it’s a part time mental institute with homeless scaring customers away. During lunch it’s a bunch of really young employees chatting and ignoring the register while Also constantly messing up orders
