A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru ordered a breakfast sandwich. Mind you the girl in the drive-thru was very rude. I went back again a couple of days later and at the drive thru it was the same girl. Never acknowledged me at the drive-thru, just like the last time she opened the window and told me the amount and shut the window. I went to the 2nd window and asked for a manager and the worker at the 2nd window called the manager and she is telling her that I wanted to speak to her, the manager made a comment OMG. I then asked the manager is the girl at the first window ok, because when I come she acts like she's mad or with an attitude, and the manager responded I don't know. After leaving I came to my office and they gave me something I didn't order, so I didn't go back I just took it as a loss. So I decided to go back to the same McDonald's and not use the drive-thru, I used my mobile app and went inside and picked up my order. Once again I get back to my office and they gave me a egg McMuffin. which I ordered a sausage McMuffin. I go back into the store and let them know. I spoke to a manager named Marie, which was very rude, she tried to tell me I didn't order that. I'm trying to show her on my app that I did. She says I don't have time for that and walks away. They gave me another sandwich opened it while I was there and on the sandwich she gives me double me on the McMuffin, I show her and she grabs a napkin picks up the bread put it back on the sandwich, gives it to the person to take off the Canadian bacon and put on sausage. I threw it in the trash asked to speak to her manager they gave me a phone number to contact, been leaving messages and still no response. The service on 5908 Manchester Ave in Los Angeles is horrible
Good burgers
I have done mobile orders through my app. I figure that the exact order would be in my bag when I pick it up. I paid for extra sauces and got home several times with no sauces or incorrect ones. Tonight, I had enough. Won't be returning. They gave me BBQ when I ordered and paid for 2 sweet and sour and 2 buffalo. They didn't give me 2 drinks and my happy meal juice. I called the store manager, and Karishma said that I should have asked for it.
That is why the app is there for, to specify what I want and get charged for the order as I order it, but who guarantees to hand me what I order? Only to get home and realize that nothing was done correctly. Why go through this? When they can simply follow the order request.
Its too small. Nowhere to stand in line and the cashiers are not that bright.

Great place depending what time of the day might not be parking
Came out on my lunch break to pick up food for my coworkers & I. I explained I have two mobile orders for drive thru as well. I Was asked to pull forward to wait. I realized after driving off that they forgot a cheeseburger. I go back and the manager was at the counter and just hands me the cold cheeseburger that was waiting there. No apology for the inconvenience for having to turn around or offer to make a hot cheeseburger. Even after this trip took well over 20minutes with no one in front of me. 👎🏼

I usually always go tru drive thru and they help me pretty good .. always get my order correctly.. the line goes pretty fast to they dont have you waiting to long even tho is drive thru
I dont go inside due to now they want you to order by the inside monitor they dont have a person taking ur order anymore
