The food is very delicious, I have been going to eat here for 3 or 4 years but every time I go something happens or they give me the wrong order or they give me something wrong, one time I was paying cash at the machines and they kept the money and paid another order and the staff did not want to return the money since according to them, the cameras did not show that we had paid, the food is very good but some of the staff are very rude and do not know how to serve, there is one of the staff, I don't know if I spelled his name correctly but his name is Dijon He is very kind and very patient, he is the best of the staff there, he has good charisma and provides the best service for him, it would be 5 stars or more to be honest 😊

Horrible experiencia if you order a Deluxe Breakfast they don’t provide any condiments . I called McDonald’s and asked to speak to the manager, manager, said he was by fall for not asking for syrup . And also told me that was an additional cost .

So I went last night to get some food and while I'm waiting in line there are water sprinklers are broken I got a whole car wash from the water sprinkler and now my car looks a hot mess so now I have to go spend extra money to go wash my car. The cashier thought it was raining outside that's how soaking wet my car got from the water sprinklers they need to fix it management needs to do something about their water sprinkler because it ruined my car now I have to go get a car wash somebody needs to get in contact with me or reimburse me. So instead of spending $12 for a meal I'll spend an extra $25 that's how much it cost to wash my car.

I ordered the new chicken big Mac combo and a 10 piece nuggets they had asked if I wanted sauce I said yes when they gave me bag there was no sauce for the nuggets I went home and discovered they gave me a regular big Mac so I called to complain and they told mecto come back with item and receipt I wasn't about to do all that so i just kept it and took the loss. The point of me calling was to let them know to get their shit together they want 20 bucks an hour and supposedly they are going up to 25 bucks an hour they don't deserve it they have shitty service poor attitudes and apparently management doesn't care double check your order before u drive away they are always screwing up
