Stopped in today for a large fries and a couple chicken snack wraps. My real reason was for the fries. And as soon as I saw the paper around the fries I assumed the wrong size. So I got out after going through the drive thru and they said that’s the large fry. McDonald’s I don’t know what’s going on. But do better. Go back to the original large fries please. And I didn’t eat any. Came just like this. 😒

They have two different lines, and only one person taking the order.Three people went ahead of me.From the left line, then we get to the window.And they're taking forever then, when I finally get my food, my filet.Fish barely has any tartar sauce?I didn't want to go back and wait in a long line to get another one.Very sad service.

I visit this McDonald's every weekday to grab a coffee through the mobile app, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Even though I place my order 15-20 minutes before arriving, it's still takes 30 plus minutes after check in for someone to bring out my coffee. At first, I was patient, assuming it was just a busy morning rush. But after weeks of the same issue, I began asking why it was taking so long.
Instead of addressing the problem, the store manager repeatedly blamed me, saying it was because I didn't enter the curbside number. I've explained multiple times that I do every it correctly- it is not that difficult to enter the correct number- and there's simply nothing else to input on the app. Despite this, she continues to insist that it's not my fault. Several of my coworkers have the exact same experience at this location.
The manager has now began canceling my mobile orders, which also cause the app's daily discount to be marked as 'used,' meaning I cannot reapply them that day. I am only ordering one coffee a day and this is the behavior for one coffee?
This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. The store manager's behavior is unprofessional, dismissive, and quite frankly- pathetic over a coffee. Until management changes or staff takes responsibility for fixing these ongoing concerns, this McDonald's location will continue to hold poor reviews.

Nice a quiet place to enjoy your meal if you'll like to stay and dine in.
All online orders were first priority. Our order kept getting skipped or delayed. Employee kept saying I'm working on you orders, as we kept getting passed by other customers that were far behind the line than we were. It was frustrating.
