Everytime i’m here the staff is doing nothin. On their phones, talking to customer, hanging out while the pick up line is completely ignored.
I live nearby and only go to the drive through for uber eats pickups because the staff inside is too busy goofing off rather than doing their jobs. It’s pathetic. 10 people inside waiting in line, I have to stand around for 10 minutes without being helped because this McDonlds is an operational mess. It’s embarrassing to the McDonalds brand

Please people do not go to this McDonald's. They have cold French fries that taste like they made it. Yesterday and it's completely disgusting. The restaurant is disgusting and also the customer service is terrible. What are y'all doing? They really, really need to fix up their customer service in a management.

This is a convenient McDonald's I generally don't go to McDonald's that much, but breakfast here is sometimes fast and easy. I find the specials that I find on the app. Very helpful cuz she when they're running the special. Any size iced coffee or frappuccino? Sometimes there's some crazy homeless people in this spot but other than that it's just McDonald's clean atmosphere, remodeled great staff, easy in and out if you use the kiosk

Good customer service inside Mc Donald's restaurant, but when you go through the drive thru the atmosphere of customer is very different. So prefer to go inside and get my Mc Donald's meals.

The current manager today 12/18 @ 11:50a has an attitude problem. For a manager she lacks customer service skills, rolling your eyes at customers is unprofessional.
The worst customer service and probably the worst overall McDonald's in the area. Manager named Edin put absolutely zero effort to resolve an issue that their system was having. Pathetic. I'll drive to the next McDonald's over, thank you very much.
