I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I stood at the counter for over five minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. The employees looked like they had no interest in taking orders or helping customers. Their attitudes were dismissive and unfriendly. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, with trash on the tables and floors. It felt like no one cared about providing decent service or maintaining the place.

Service is slow and disorganized. The machines don’t work properly, they don’t give you order receipts. They seem to focus more on the drive thru than the dine in customers. They processed my order wrong and then didn’t remake my burger, they just stuffed the missing ingredients on it. Awful service.

Food was good, service was great. There is a playground for the kids. The only problem and it's unfortunately there is a lot of homeless around the building and on the sidewalks by the entrance and exit.

I have high praise for the morning crew working September 5 th@7:45am. The lady at the first window was fast focused and even provided a heads up on a deal being offered. By the time I left, the cool manager gave me the deal even though I was unaware of it. Just Wow! Hands down a nearly serene start to my morning thanks to this crew and McDonald's. Thank you. And the food was so amazing and fresh and the cheese all melted. OMG!
