Good service but they take for ever it look like the drive thru had the 1st choice then dinning inside the restaurant I waited 20 minutes for my kids food and I saw about 10 cars passing through in front of me . This was ridiculous.

The lady in the front ignored me every time I asked to use the bathroom, about 5 minutes, despite loudly saying excuse me ma'am every 30 seconds or so. Didn't help that I was holding it in for so long. I appreciate the busser who was cleaning who stopped to open the restroom for me.

Seemed to be understaffed and staff, NOT helpful at all. Food took forever and was told that my food would be dropped at my table 117, but I waited at the counter and watched my order sit on the counter for about 5 mins. waiting on the drink. Ice machine was out of order and air conditioning out in the play area. So my money will be spent elsewhere. Customer service skills need to be taught to employees that jobs depend on our visits. One of the ladies on second screen was rude because it's not her responsibility if I wait in drive thru for 7 minutes to picking up delivery order,she said you've been late for 7 minutes,I'm gonna report,do your job not your busines I've been in the line for 7 minutes.

The staff and manager who spoke no English was so demonic me and my entourage of 33 did not eat anything from this location for the thought that the food was also tainted with demonic negative energy which is never an option.
We grabber coffee next door at Dinosaur Coffee that saw the entire incident and gladly gave our 33 member of our entourage complimentary coffee and sweets for the incident at McDonald's.

This is by far the very worst McDonalds location in Los Angeles. Blows my mind how they're still in business. They need new ownership asap!!! Employees are alright though.

After making 2 orders and asking for ranch for my burgers they denied free ranch and asked for 33c for each ranch. After that I asked for a cup of water and told me they where out. HOW ARE THEY OUT OF WATER.
The cashier lady at 8:40 am was very helpful, even though she was busy. She walked back and forth to assist customers.

I come here because it is on my way home. My husband loves to get food from McDonald's. But I had a good experience here. There have been times when my mcnuggets had plastic on it and I didn't get everything I ordered but that's my fault for not checking before leaving drive thru. But some of the staff is very friendly.

Very unorganized, sadly I waited 15 min to simply pay for my food after ordering on the kiosk, the workers were so overwhelmed that they couldn’t even look at the people waiting in the counter. Then wait another 15 minutes for my food. So almost 30 mins in a FAST food place. The workers need help idk if with how to be more efficient or with more staff but management needs to figure it out.
