Second time getting scammed here. Last time I was here I gave the cashier $20 and they were supposed to charge me $12 and some change but they returned me $5. Today on Jan 13, 2026 I went in at 12:40 PM ordered a large mocha frappe thru the app. The Mexican woman at the counter said her machine don't work. I said cancel the order cause I couldn't do it thru the app. She said fine. I leave and see they charged me for the item. Order number #1615 12:44 PM 1800 S western Ave.

What terrible service! The manager in charge was very rude. They were serving reluctantly. I asked for ranch dressing, I bought two large fries and several hamburgers, and they only gave me one ranch dressing and two ketchup packets. They gave me the wrong drink, and when I told them, they said they had already made it. Terrible service, I will never buy from that place again. 👎

We visited McDonald's here today. The service is truly bad. The girl (cashier) was not friendly. And she didn't put french fries in our combo meal.

This location is a busy one. The people who go through the drive through don't realize the orders go every other, every other between the two lines. A car from the other lane cut me off and the orders got all screwed up so that person in front ended up with my order and the staff had to try to quickly fix that car's dumb move. They got a refund for a canceled order and sped off angry, but they did it to themselves because they cut my car off, skipped the line, and messed up their own order. Also, there are homeless that walk up to the cars in the queue and STARE at the drivers and occupants to try to get them to open their window. Do not do that! Stay secure.

Honestly all location I've been too within los Angeles on Figueroa and MLK , the one on Martin Luther, hoover , Florence , Manchester and this location, you guys are horrible, like omg a little rush makes you act like chickens without a head , asking for napkins and sauce cause it comes with 1 mandatory y'all act all ignorant about it as if you got disrespected, look it's fast food not a real restaurant everything is ready cooked and frozen all you have to do is provide great service and reheat everything n fry some fries and pastries lololol come work for a real restaurant and watch me yell till you cry n get fired
I ask for strawberry & grape jelly they throw in old open jelly strawberry jelly not grape at all.. then I ask for Carmel ice coffee , I ask the lady can I have more sweetener she told me to go to next window , they pump vanilla syrup in a cup.

I order on the app and when I get there there's 2 people infront of me waiting to order, takes 10 minutes for me to pull up and tell them my code, tells me to pull up to the window and I do and they tell me to pay, dude says I never gave him the code.
So now I have to wait another 10 minuted for my food???

After having a meal with my mother in Irvine, we stopped by Costco on the way home to get gas, and the vanilla soft-serve cone we had as a little dessert was absolutely amazing!
