I just don't understand how this particular location can fail so badly on the fries EVERY time I come in and that is my favorite item. Today, once again, they are under cooked and I have had several that were still half raw. My burgers are always fine but their fries suck. Please retrain them all on the fryer! I had hopes today of getting fresh, hot fries today because they were busy but no. I was, once again, highly disappointed.
