There is an Asian lady who is the manager there and she is very rude and has no customer service. She acts like she doesn’t wanna talk and always have an attitude I was trying to tell them my order over the intercom and she scream back with saying “WHAT”. They were applying I was screaming so they wasn’t taking my order but no one was answering me at the intercom so I raise my voice louder so they could hear me. So I had to cancel my order. There are multiple people complaining about this lady why is she still working there?!

I always get an Iced Caramel Mach here and all times I go, I get what I need. This time around, the crew was being rude and cut me off while I was talking and said the machine was not working when clearly another crew member just handed a mach to some other customer. I didn't know they play favorites now in McDonald's.

They forgot an item last time, so I let them know this time since the app doesn’t handle that stuff. They told me they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have the receipt even though I showed them in the app lol. It was also over just a cheeseburger. Like that would cost them, what, a dollar or less? Instead, I’m never coming here again cuz there are better places to be in Los Angeles.

Bad service. Waited for my order 15 minutes. Nobody around to help. I left without my order. Couldn't even get a refund
Like always McDonald’s has to have rude and unprofessional staff “working”up front. I was standing there to order and the lady was just looking at me. After a few minutes of staring at me she proceeds to ask me if I wanted to order. No lady I love standing in front of the register and just looking at the food. Smh do better McDonalds.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered the 2 for $3.99 (4-nuggets & McDouble), large fries, which was not how I ordered, 3 cookies which I never got. Afterward, I completely finished my order. I asked for a refund for the cookies I never got, and the lady manager in the dark blue shirt snatched my receipt out of my hands. She got an attitude with me when I should be the one with the attitude. Never again will I come to this location for anything.

Manager late at night is horrible compared to Colorado location! The one on Colorado 20 times better! The manager is super sweet awesome guy!
Compared to this location! I don’t know what the manager’s problem is, but she never compromises. She doesn’t even want to talk to the customer! Anytime I’ve ever spoken into her. She’s always giving me attitude! I finish work at 4 AM and I have to deal with her attitude almost every time. I’m never coming back to this location after today!
Literally canceled my order because of her attitude, and I will not be returning
