so employers are paying the employees 20 plus per hour to serve the food after I ordered on the kiosk. the kiosk might make the orders get taken b faster but ppl are now waiting for their orders because food servers can't make it fast enough.

This McDonald's is in a busy intersection but has ample parking and clean space inside. I picked up an online order for coffee and noticed they eve have ordering stations. The register is a bit small and unique but great service.

McDonald's is cutting on labor by replacing registers with self order kiosk. It is weird that there's no digital screens menu and one pickup point only. After waiting in line 10 minutes I was told to place my order at the kiosk. I just walked out and went to another drive through McDonald's. It didn't work for me this time.
